Solar Installer

  • Phoenix, AZ
  • Full-time

Join our installation team as we build Arizona's premier residential solar systems. No prior solar experience required - we provide paid training.

Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components
  • Work with crew leads to complete 1-2 installations per week
  • Maintain clean and safe worksites
  • Provide excellent customer service during installations

Requirements:

  • Construction or electrical experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • OSHA 10 certification (we provide training)

Solar Design Engineer

  • Remote/Hybrid
  • Full-time

Design optimized solar systems for residential and commercial properties using the latest modeling software.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed solar system designs in Aurora and AutoCAD
  • Conduct shade analysis and production estimates
  • Prepare permit-ready documentation packages
  • Collaborate with installation teams on complex projects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years solar design experience
  • Proficiency with solar modeling software
  • NABCEP PV Associate certification (or obtain within 6 months)
  • Knowledge of NEC and local building codes
